Dún Laoghaire Rathdown Volunteer Centre is an independent non-profit organisation which works to develop volunteering in our county and local communities. We do this by supporting individuals to volunteer and organisations to involve volunteers. We also reach out to the community and promote the value of volunteering by delivering talks and presentations and hosting volunteer-focused events.

We are a one-stop-shop for all the volunteering needs of local voluntary and community organisations in Dún Laoghaire Rathdown Volunteer area. Our services for organisations include:
- Volunteer recruitment service via I-VOL, the National Database of Volunteering
- A Garda Vetting service
- Community Volunteers – a new volunteer programme that responds to events and emergencies
- Consultancy and training on volunteering issues
- Research and policy work around all areas of volunteering
