Project Description

Researchers in the Institute of Food and Health, UCD, are looking for volunteers to help them understand how diets of different communities living in Ireland compare. If you are from any of the following communities, they would love to hear from you: Polish, Brazilian or Chinese.

For this role, volunteers will be asked to complete two online dietary questionnaires two weeks apart; complete two in-person dietary questionnaires over Zoom two weeks apart and
<li/>Complete an online demographic and evaluation questionnaire.
