Dún Laoghaire Rathdown Volunteer Centre is a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee. The Centre is managed by a voluntary Board of Directors.
The Centre adopts a Continous Quality Improvement approach to all its work and in 2018 was awarded the Volunteer Centre Quality Mark. The Governance of the Organisation is the responsibility of the Board who are fully committed to the implementation of the Charities Regulators Governance Code.
