The Centre connects volunteers to volunteer involving organisations, provides advice and support to both volunteers and organisations and encourages positive volunteering experiences throughout the county.

DLRVC is now recruiting for the position of: Manager

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the successful candidate will be a motivated and dynamic person with strong leadership and communication skills. In addition, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • A commitment to the ethos of volunteering through personal as well as professional experience.
  • A thorough knowledge and understanding of the work of a volunteer centre, the wider voluntary and community sector and the barriers related to volunteering.
  • A successful track record in building and nurturing key relationships with a wide range of diverse individuals and organisations.
  • Strong financial management skills.
  • Excellent IT skills.
