DLRVC is delighted to announce that Claire Carroll, manager of DLRVC, has been formally elected by the Pleanry of the Public Participation Network (PPN) to serve on the Secretariat for the next two year term, which runs to 2018.  The PPN is an exciting new initiative, that acts as an independent umbrella organisation and network that provides a voice for all community and voluntary, environmental and social cinclusion groups throughout the country.
