National Volunteering Week is here!

Monday 17th – Sunday 23rd May

About National Volunteering Week

National Volunteering Week is the annual week where we celebrate all things volunteering. This year we are focusing on small actions that can have a BIG impact. During the week we will be highlighting many small actions that we can take for ourselves and others – and we’ll be running some events to help you along the way.

National Volunteering Week also provides a chance for us to say thank you to you and the thousands of other volunteers taking action across the country and county. Ireland would be a much different place if it weren’t for the wonderful people who give their time each year. This has never been more evident than during the pandemic.

Join us in celebrating #NVW2021 by attending an event, engaging with the social media campaign or by taking a small action during the week!

“The last year has been hard on us all but there are small things we can do for ourselves, and for each other, that make a big difference.”

Claire Carroll, Manager
