Project Description

As a family, we have been making fatballs and sharing the recipe with our school. The boys have spent their piggy bank money on additional feeders for the garden and we have built three bird houses (with the help of Grandad remotely)!

We have had lots of new birds arrive (none nesting yet of course) including two goldfinches, house sparrows, robins, blue tits, great tits, blackbirds and sparrows. Our best spot was a wren. We signed up to Birdwatch Ireland as well and have learnt so much.
